{"id":32,"date":"2025-04-21T10:36:20","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T10:36:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umcbond.nl\/?page_id=32"},"modified":"2025-08-25T12:59:02","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T12:59:02","slug":"portofolio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/umcbond.nl\/index.php\/portofolio\/","title":{"rendered":"Wedstrijdreglementen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thai Boxing Wedstrijdreglement van de UMCBond:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Algemeen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geen der artikelen van dit wedstrijdreglement mag in strijd zijn met enig artikel van de statuten en\/of huishoudelijk reglement van de U.M.C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Erkenning van Wedstrijden*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De U.M.C bond kent en erkent&nbsp;wedstrijden en\/of demonstraties zowel in de openbaar als in besloten kring, mits zij hiervoor haar toestemming heeft verleend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Leeftijd bepalingen*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Leeftijd van de deelnemers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Jeugd van &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; :&nbsp; &nbsp; 8 t\/m 17&nbsp; jaar (ring)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Volwassen van : 18 t\/m 45&nbsp; jaar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Veteranen&nbsp; van&nbsp; : 46 t\/m 55 jaar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Duur der Wedstrijden*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Nieuweling : 3 x1,5 minuten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;C klasse&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; : 3 x 2 &nbsp; minuten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;B Klasse&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; : 5 x 2 &nbsp; minuten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;A Klasse&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; : 5 x 3 &nbsp; minuten&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J,N,C,B  1 minuut pauze,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A klasse 1,5 minuut pauze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Indeling Klasse*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Nieuweling : na 3 gewonnen partijen &nbsp; word hij\/zij C-Klasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C klasse.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; : na 6 gewonnen partijen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">word hij\/zij&nbsp; B-Klasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B Klasse &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; : na 8 gewonnen partijen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">word hij \/zij&nbsp; A-klasser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Voor erg goede B klassers kan bij de UMC dispensatie worden aangevraagd om in de A-klasser te kunnen vechten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dispensatie kan alleen worden verleend door het hoofdbestuur.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Toegestane wedstrijd\/vecht technieken om punten te kunnen scoren*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Techniek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1a)Stoot techniek met het raakvlak van de vuist+ de zgn. Backfist(raakvlak vuist is de zgn,knokkel partij)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raakvlak&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1a)Hoofd (front\/zijkant),borst,zijkant lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Techniek&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2b) Traptechnieken met de voet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raakvlak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2b)Hoofd (front\/zijkant), nek borst,zijkant lichaam buik + benen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
